Yes, there is a a minimum headcout of 5 services to book with me. There are times where exceptions are made and a custom quote can be given upon inquiry.

Am I able to do a preview before signing a contract & putting a retainer down?

You sure can! I have to note that your date is not reserved until a contract is signed and retainer is paid so if another bride inquires for your date before the preview, they will have the option to reserve the date.

Is a preview required to book?

Yes, there are multiple reasons why I requrie a preview before the wedding.
 
-it ensures you love your hair before the wedding day
-aligns expectations (and avoids disappointment)
-allows to discuss day of wedding timeline
-builds trust & rapport

Do you have a team?

No team. Just me, myself, & I!
I do have an assistant that can be added on for $200+travel. 
**assistant is required if timeline is limited or if there are 10 or more ladies needing hair services.

Who can book a preview?

Anyone! You would be shocked at how many moms book a preview!

Can I do more than one preview?

Sure can! Two previews at your trial will be an additonal $50. If you schedule another preview on a different date, it will be full price again. So be sure to let me know if you want to do more than one look!

Does the retainer go towards services?

Yes the retainer goes towards your final payment if you meet my minimum 5 or more headcount. IF you have a custom quote, your retainer will not go towards services.

How much time do you need per person?

I take 30 minutes to complete a bridesmaid/mom/grandmother/flowergirl.

I need about 1-1.5 hours with the bride depending on the style. 

With an assistant, we complete about 3 girls per hour.

When is payment and final headcount due?

Payment is due one week(or before) prior to the wedding along with the final headcount. Payment is due prior to the wedding so that way there is no time spent running around collecting payment morning of the wedding.

Can I bring someone with me to my preview?

I totally understand wanting someone there! For previews though, I keep them one-on-one so we can really dial in your vision without distractions. It always leads to the best results for the wedding day. 
Along with that, I rent a chair where there are four other stylsits and the waiting area can get overcrowded when guests are brought.
